BOUTIQUE HOTEL REVENUE INTELLIGENCE · PRICE SHEET · EST. 2018

Three tiers, plainly priced. Most properties land on Collection — and that’s the whole point.

We built MunasBH for the 8–120 room hotel that doesn’t have a revenue team of fifty. The pricing below reflects that. No per-module upsells, no quote-by-form, no “contact sales” wall between you and a number. Pick the band your property fits, book the audit, and we’ll tell you on a screen-share whether you’re paying the right tier — or whether a smaller one will do.

THE PRICE SHEET

Three tiers, plainly named and priced — so visitors stop guessing and start identifying which fits their 8–120 room property.

Each tier is a fixed monthly fee. There is a one-time onboarding charge that covers PMS integration, channel mapping, and the first 30 days of analyst tuning. No revenue-share skim. No per-booking surcharge. No “Enterprise” tier hidden behind a form.

All tiers billed quarterly in advance. Annual billing removes two months. We do not sell above the 120-room band — if your property is larger, we will name two vendors who are.

MULTI-CURRENCY ENGINE · NATIVE TO THE MEDITERRANEAN

Pricing that already speaks your currency — daily-refreshed FX across the Mediterranean, no spreadsheet work.

A hotel in Antalya shouldn’t price in EUR and hope. A riad in Marrakech shouldn’t maintain a parallel MAD rate sheet. MunasBH was built on the assumption that your balance sheet, your OTA payouts, and your rate display all live in the same money — and that money changes shape every Tuesday.

Our pricing engine holds your contracted fee in EUR and reflects the equivalent in five native Mediterranean currencies. FX is refreshed daily against the European Central Bank MID rate, so what you signed is what you pay — not last quarter’s snapshot.

FIVE STRAIGHT ANSWERS

Five straight answers to the pricing questions revenue managers actually ask before they book.

If your question isn’t below, write to [email protected] and a named analyst will reply within four business hours.

  1. How long from signature to first live recommendation?

Eleven days, on average. We sign the order form on Monday, your PMS and channel manager are mapped by Thursday of the following week, and the first dynamic BAR recommendation is live in your channel manager by the Friday after that. We have a written deployment SLA — if we miss it, the second month is free.

→ If you’re on Mews, Cloudbeds, RoomKey, Opera, or Hotelkit, expect closer to seven.

  2. Is there a contract length, and what happens if we leave?

Minimum term is one quarter (90 days), then month-to-month. There is no exit fee. Your data, your rate history, and your competitor-set definitions are exported in CSV and JSON within five business days of cancellation — yours to keep, no asterisk.

→ Annual billing removes two months; quarterly billing is the default.

  3. Are there hidden fees — per booking, per channel, per user?

No. The monthly fee covers every channel connected at sign-up, every CHRMP analyst named on your account, every dashboard seat for your revenue manager and GM, and the weekly Rate Parity Index digest. The only line item outside the monthly fee is the one-time onboarding charge listed with each tier.

→ Adding a third channel manager on the Collection tier is a contract change, not a surcharge.

  4. What happens if our property grows past 120 keys?

We do not sell above the 120-room band — it isn’t a marketing boundary, it’s a model boundary. Our demand forecasts are trained on properties between 8 and 120 keys, and we will not pretend a tool trained on a 28-room finca in Ibiza will price a 240-room resort correctly. If you outgrow Collection, we’ll introduce you to two vendors we trust.

→ Outgrowing Group is a rare event — about 2.4% of accounts per year.

  5. What does the Revenue Audit itself contain — and is it actually free?

Thirty minutes on a screen-share with a senior CHRMP analyst. We pull your last 12 months of rate history, your competitor set, and your channel parity score, then hand you a written rate-parity and RevPAR-gap report — even if you don’t sign. The audit is free, carries no obligation, and the report is yours to keep regardless of decision.

THE CONVERSION

30 minutes, one screen-share, a written rate-parity and RevPAR-gap report — even if you don’t sign.

A senior CHRMP analyst will pull your last twelve months of rate history, benchmark it against six comparable Mediterranean properties, and email you the report within 48 hours of the call. There is no obligation and no quote-by-form — just the document you would build yourself if you had a week free.
