What to bring to the audit.
The most productive audits begin with a small paper trail. Gather the following before the call and the strategist can spend the half-hour on diagnosis, not on data discovery. Everything below is standard — if you don't have a clean export of one item, your PMS vendor can usually produce it inside a day.
-
01
Twelve months of BAR history.
A simple CSV from your PMS or channel manager — daily Best Available Rate by room type, ideally covering at least one full shoulder-to-shoulder season so seasonality is visible.
-
02
Two OTA commission statements.
The most recent Booking.com and Expedia monthly statements. We use these to model leaked margin on parity breaches and to size the room revenue currently absorbed by overbooking on parity.
-
03
Your current PMS and channel manager.
The product name and version is enough. MunasBH integrates live with 14 PMS systems and 12 distribution channels — if you're on something we don't yet cover, we'll tell you in the audit.
-
04
Your competitor set.
Five to eight hotels you genuinely benchmark yourself against — not aspirational neighbours, the ones your guests actually compare you to on the booking pages. We will pull live rate data on them in advance.
-
05
Open dates and quiet weeks.
Which 2025/26 weeks worry you most? Shoulder season, a local event gap, a renovation window. The roadmap is calibrated to your hardest dates, not generic best practice.
Send materials to [email protected] up to 24 hours before the call. Anything you can't share live, your strategist will work around.
